The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the seller without any penalty within fourteen (14) days from the day he received the products purchased from Pelletteria Boni by sending an email to pelletteriaboni@gmail.com specifying the number of order in the subject of the email and the buyer's name. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. All products without a label or with a label removed, used or incomplete will not be refunded. The customer has the obligation to return the goods received, without undue delay and within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the request to exercise the right of withdrawal was accepted. The return of the product involves the payment of the return shipping costs by the customer, provided that the return is not made due to an initial error by the company. Pelletteria Boni will make the refund upon receipt of the returned goods, after ascertaining the conditions and integrity of the goods.
